Terms of Sale

Enzo Timepieces is a private watch house specialising in curated luxury timepieces and bespoke custom builds. All transactions take place by appointment only and after a personal exchange.

Every transaction begins with a private inquiry. A formal quotation including the final price, configuration, delivery method and timeline is issued before any commitment. An order is considered firm once the quotation is countersigned and the deposit received.

Payment is made by bank transfer in the currency stated on the quotation. A deposit may be requested for bespoke builds; the balance is due before dispatch. Title remains with Enzo Timepieces until full payment is received.

Worldwide shipping is fully insured. Local hand-delivery is available in Eygalières on appointment. Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary depending on the configuration.

Given the bespoke nature of our service, returns are accepted only for documented defects within 14 days of delivery. After-sales support is offered for 12 months on all builds.

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be brought before the competent French courts.
