How it works

From your first message to delivery, every watch goes through a full quality control that you approve yourself before it ships.

You choose
Pick a watch in the shop and message us on WhatsApp. We confirm availability, price and lead time in a few messages.

Secure payment
Pay by Monero, Wise or Revolut. The payment details are sent to you privately: no banking data goes through the website.

Ordered from the factory
Your watch is ordered from the factory. The lead time is shown on each listing.

Quality control
Before anything ships, we receive photos and videos of your exact watch, not a display model. We check it point by point and send you a full report.

You approve
Nothing ships without your approval. If a detail isn't right, we request another piece from the factory, at no cost, and run the check again.

Tracked delivery
Your watch ships insured and tracked, in discreet packaging. You get the tracking number, and any customs fees are on us.

What we check

Every point is checked on the photos and videos of your watch, and the movement is measured on a timegrapher.

Dial & indicesIndex alignment and centring, sharpness of the printing.
Hands & bezelHands aligned and returning to zero, bezel aligned with 12 o'clock.
FinishingBrushed and polished surfaces, end links, clasp, rehaut engraving.
LumeEven glow on every index and hand.
MovementTimegrapher reading: daily rate, amplitude and beat error.
FunctionsChronograph, date and other complications tested on video.

Your watch only ships once you've seen it and said yes.

If the quality control isn't right, we get another piece from the factory at no extra cost.

Any import duties and taxes are covered by us: nothing to pay on delivery.
