We only collect information you voluntarily provide: name, email, messaging handle, budget range and the details of your watch inquiry. We do not run third-party tracking, advertising cookies or behavioural analytics on this site.

Your information is used solely to respond to your inquiry, prepare quotes, organise delivery and answer follow-up questions. It is never sold or shared with third parties, except for trusted service providers strictly necessary to fulfil your request (shipping, payment).

Inquiry records are kept for the duration of our exchange and for up to 24 months afterwards for accounting and after-sales purposes, after which they are deleted.
