Every Enzo Timepieces piece is dispatched with the same care it received during selection or assembly. The lines below summarise our shipping practice.
Worldwide insured shipping
We ship worldwide through trusted carriers, with full insurance covering the declared value. Tracking and signature on delivery are systematic.
Local hand-delivery
Clients based in or visiting Provence may opt for a private hand-delivery in Eygalières. Appointments are arranged personally to ensure privacy and presentation.
Payment before dispatch
Final payment is settled before any dispatch or hand-delivery, in accordance with the quotation. This protects both parties and ensures a clean transaction.
Customs and duties
For destinations outside the European Union, any import duties, taxes or customs fees are the responsibility of the client. We provide full documentation to facilitate clearance.
Timelines
Stock pieces ready to ship are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Bespoke builds require the timeframe stated on the quotation. Hand-delivery is scheduled by appointment.
